Questions, answered
What if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number and we time the pick-up to your actual landing. Waiting is free for 15 minutes after landing, then $15 per 15 minutes.
Are there any extra charges?
Late-night trips (00:00 to 05:59) are $10 extra. Each extra stop on the way is $15. Both are added to your fixed fare before you book, so there are no surprises.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The fare covers the car, the driver, ERP and parking for the booked route. Late-night and extra-stop charges are shown in the fare before you book. The only charge that can come after the trip is waiting beyond the free time, at $15 per 15 minutes.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, add one when you book, at no extra charge.
How do I pay?
We confirm payment details with you on WhatsApp. Companies with a corporate account are invoiced monthly.
