Privacy policy

SG Limousine collects your personal data only to arrange and carry out the rides you book with us, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email address
• Trip details: pick-up and drop-off, date and time, flight number, passengers, bags and notes to the driver

How we use it

• To confirm your booking and send you your driver's details
• To contact you about your ride, including on WhatsApp
• To send you occasional offers, only if you ticked the box to receive them. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP or asking us.

Who sees it

Only our staff and the chauffeur assigned to your ride. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for the ride, our accounts and the law, and then delete them.

Your rights
