Terms and cancellation

Bookings

All rides are pre-booked chauffeured private hire. A request sent on this website is confirmed once we reply to you on WhatsApp, phone or email.

Fares

The fare shown when you book is fixed for the route, date and car you chose. It includes ERP charges and parking. Hourly hire has a minimum of 3 hours. A child seat is $20.

Trips with a pick-up or landing time from 00:00 to 05:59 have a late-night surcharge of $10. Each extra stop on the way is $15; for a stop well off the route we confirm any difference with you before the trip. Both are shown in the fare before you book.

Waiting time

Waiting is free for the first 15 minutes: after your flight lands for airport pick-ups, and after the booked pick-up time for other trips. After that, waiting is $15 for every 15 minutes or part of it, settled with us after the trip.

Changes and cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up. For later changes, please contact us as early as you can.
